"Wolfram|Alpha-Mode Notebooks are specialized Wolfram Notebooks that only accept natural language input. They both are identified by the file extension .nb."
@CarlLange I wouldn't be surprised if there's nothing different about them, just they're more generally developed from using the free form interface rather than the Mathematica one and do so by default. Probably can use normal Mathematica within it.
@gdelfino Nah added it and no difference. Probably just one more bug with one of Stephen's "superfunctions"--which is to say cute toys that don't operate reliably and which therefore are really not worth your time.
@b3m2a1 By adding that option I get 0.4751431665531266/n^0.936797239688298 as the result. BTW, in just 4.5 hours you can ask about this or any other bug the the live CEO stream.
@KraZug ah yes! That eigenvalue package :) I am struggling with myself to figure out how general of methods the Evans function and compound matrix method areācould one use them to determine the Eigenvalues for a problem that is previously solved using what I presume is the determinantal method via an infinite system of equations? I would love to find a new solution to an old problem!
