I finally came to the conclusion I don't understand Mathematica for the life of me
How can this fail: F\[LetterSpace]vac\[LetterSpace]prime[j_] := Sum[j - k, {k, 1, 3}];

@1010011010 I don't see anything obviously failing here. Can you elaborate?
F[LetterSpace]vac[LetterSpace]prime[10] gives 24, which makes sense: 9 + 8 + 7. Is that not the behaviour you were expecting?

It keeps insisting that "Tag times [is] protected"
Restarting kernel doesn't do the job which it usually does...
I found on google the "findBadSets" command
But this command has empty output, it finds nothing wrong with the code
