Is there a native way to extract positions together with elements? Doing Extract after means we need to scan twice in total.

@Kuba I don't think of Part/Extract as scanning over the datastructure when I'm using it to get information. Aren't those functions super fast?

@C.E. so far small tests prove you are right that Extract just after is better than any Sow tricks. Probably for specific cases with packed arrays one could come up with limited workaround but in general it seems fine to call Extract.

Is there any way to simplify (A \[NotSubsetEqual] B && B \[NotSubsetEqual] A) == (A != B)
This should simply be true.
