i want to release a software developed by me as freeware.. hw ever after i make considerable profits(from its commercial version), I'll release it as an open source. so, could someone please suggest me how i can release my app as freeware license. from where i can get that license
I am not in a hurry, just ping me when you have time.
Currently I am inclined to rollback, but I haven't yet made up my mind. Other options I am considering are ignore, flag, ask a question at Meta (Programmers or MSO), editing.
@ChrisF hand-written instructions style indeed doesn't look polite, for Programmers (at MSO it would be a different story I think but that doesn't count). OK consider me convinced
really? let me re-check, one minute
@ChrisF what would you think of image with removed hand-written text? you can take a look: i.stack.imgur.com/Ds2bO.jpg
I am rather concerned with removal or the way how recommended read-through path looks like
when doing the answer it took me a while to figure it. android site doesn't feel very clear about where developer could start, that's why I took tame to make a screen shot
tame is a typo sorry I meant time. "Tamed" was screen shot
I think I see where you're coming from now. The no text version is better. Do you have access to a paint tool that will create rounded rectangles and straight lines? It's not a big change, but might be all that's needed.
@ChrisF here's the version with rounded rectangles and straight lines: i.stack.imgur.com/U9hkO.jpg Please don't tell guys at MSO I did it - they will laugh at me. Anyway, does it look er... sufficiently polite for Programmers?
