Both answers of math.stackexchange.com/q/1074745/42969 are wrong and I suggest to delete them. For full disclosure: I have now closed the question as a duplicate of another question which I had answered some time ago.
I stumbled upon that thread because the same error was made in a recent answer math.stackexchange.com/a/5017713/42969.

@amWhy: Could you please consider voting to reopen this post? I think the questions are different: one is about why the axiom of the empty set is redundant, whereas the other is about different approaches to proving the existence of the empty set from the axiom of infinity.
