I have been pondering the Collatz conjecture recently as a mental exercise, and have run into a problem that has to do with proving that an iteratively growing tree of odd positive integers will contain all positive integers at the limit when the number of iterations is increased to infinity.

please close/downvote/delete - the super high rep users keep answering everything , whether it ha s context or not , whether it is about a famous open conjecture or not. Terrible !
@Peter I empathize with your position, and I'd have to agree with you. The problem is that any and all former moderators are treated my our mods, and Community Mods, as privileged, and I've yet to see any substantive action taken against any former mod, since I've been a member. Not an excuse for it, but favoritism is a reality on SE.
@amWhy But has there been any EOQS mod actions recently? I suspect very little since many users (high rep and not) continue to violate EOQS (frequently answering PSQs & obvious dupes) without any apparent consequences.
I think part of the problem is due to lack of team time (half of the team is very inactive). It the inactive mods were replaced than maybe the situation would improve.
@BillDubuque There has been, but much of the enforcement is done behind the scenes, in the form of moderator messages, either without a suspension, or with a very short suspension.
Question
I highly doubt I found a proof for the Collatz conjecture but I cannot find my mistake. Because the "proof" is quite lengthy I will provide a shortened version here. The full "proof" can be read here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d2jg6z1bBXjIjl8BCMz-UOlR3uI2onkB/view?usp=drive_link
