@Peter In this case, I think there's a good chance downvotes precipitate sympathy upvotes, so it probably won't help. There really isn't a good way to deal with a nice answer by a respected user on a garbage question. I think people might accept the eventual deletion of the question based on it clearly being a PSQ, but direct actions against the answer are likely to incur avoidable pushback.
