@amWhy A quite far off approximation ! If I remember right an article from the Guiness book of records , $4$ was the inaccuratest value for $\pi$ , "defined" by law around $1900$ somewhere in the USA. This one is probably on the second place.

@SineoftheTime This is a very old problem , which cannot be solved without more and more consequent moderator-action. Unless CURED would get , say , $50$ helpers to detect and quickly delete such stuff. But we have at best about ten helpers.
@NoahSchweber Great. I thought you might have, hence the "if you haven't already". I agree that they are very bad non-answers. Likely the user is just trying to gain rep quickly, with very little clue what they are is superficial.
