@Peter On what rationale? Why is it worth spending 9+ delete votes when the same votes could be used to uncontroversially eliminate three bad questions from this week? It is also pretty likely it would not have trouble getting undeleted should it become deleted.

I am lobbying to have this question re-opened. The stated reason for its closure was (apparently) that the posting was deemed a puzzle, rather than a Math problem. I disagree. Although the posed problem is (potentially) very challenging, I regard it as a problem in Logic and Probability, which is fair game for the MathSE forum.

It It may be that the final answer does not allow guaranteeing survival on your next move. Rather, the optimal move might be one that represents the best reward vs risk ratio. For what it's worth, if I the problem is re-opened, I have already left a comment indicating how I think that the OP should improve the posting.

@rschwieb Really bad question should vanish no matter how old they are. Therefore the votes are not "wasted". But I agree that the focus should be on the new questions. Most of them were deleted or at least closed, but apparently some questions are exceptions and even the moderators are not consequent enough to act properly.

@JoséCarlosSantos @user1046533 I think you've both somewhat misunderstood each other. José didn't say the answer is spam, he called it a non-answer. The "you" in this message seems to be an impersonal you, not meaning José specifically, but rather that people generally shouldn't use this room to get posts deleted merely because they disagree with them.
