I flagged the last coment here as "unfriendly or unkind" - declined. I am not sure whether flagging makes sense anymore at all considering such decisions.
@Peter that flag wasn't handled by me, but somehow the comment does not look unfriendly or unkind. It starts with "i do not disagree" so the tone is more like avoiding any conflict. Still I would request people to flag comments which look "unfriendly or unkind" to them.
Most such flags are helpful to delete rather aggressive comments.
