I suggest to close math.stackexchange.com/q/4365458/42969 as “missing context” or “needs details or clarity.” Asking for a simpler proof is not constructive if you don't tell what other proofs you know.
I am interested in solving Mathematical problems proposed in the "octogon mathematical magazine". but, I don't know that how to get access for free.so,I need recommendations on the matter.
@Peter We have a “solution-verification” tag, so the question is not a-priori off-topic. (That tag is a bit controversial however, some people do not like it). – This particular proof seems quite unclear to me. Perhaps it is my lack of knowledge in number theory, but I voted to close as “needs details or clarity.”
A general question about stars in this room: Does anybody mind if I remove stars from a message if they are “obsolete” or “outdated”? E.g. if a message says “this question really should be deleted” and the question has been deleted in the meantime?
The most recent starred messages appear in a list on the right, and removing outdated messages from that list (which every room owner can do) might help to draw more attention to more interesting messages.
Of course I do not plan to scan all (>4200) starred messages in this room. That would only be if I happen to notice an “outdated” starred message in the list on the right.
@MartinR The purpose of the stars is to mark important posts. If they are not relevant anymore , it is reasonable to remove them to increase the transparency.
@user21820 score now 36:35. Without the help of moderators, we won't be able to delete this post.
I am very familiar with the name "mathematical magazine",which contains open problems, solutions, proposed problems.so ,I want to know more such magazines, which contains open problems with solutions and also free accessible for everybody.
What is the proper reason to closevote this post which is probably a question about something not yet known. But the chosen reason "missing context" surely is not the proper one.
