I would like to take a guess at the convention used here: you use a letter each corresponding to close(C) delete (D) and so on and the number is just like a serial number. Am I right?

Q: How to prove that $a + b + c + √3 \geq 8abc(\frac{1}{a^2 + 1} + \frac{1}{b^2+1} + \frac{1}{c^2 + 1})$ when $ab + bc + ca \leq 1$?

Maths-LoverSo here is the Question :- How to prove that $$a + b + c + √3 \geq 8abc(\frac{1}{a^2 + 1} + \frac{1}{b^2+1} + \frac{1}{c^2 + 1})$$ for all positive real numbers $a,b,c$ :- when $ab + bc + ca \leq 1$ ?

Q: Does any finite set have a perfect modular hash function?

hash manLet $S$ be a finite set of natural numbers and $h(n) = an+b \bmod c$. Does any finite set have $a$, $b$, $c$, bijection on the form of $h$ to $\left\lbrace 1 \ldots l\right\rbrace$, whereas $l$ is the number of numbers in $S$?

@HarishChandraRajpoot I'm curious why you are eager to downvote and delete poor questions answered by other users, but you think it's okay to answer PSQs like this one? Maybe you've very recently had a change of heart. I can understand that.
18:49
Reopen? (It had been improved, but my reopen vote failed review..)
@amWhy Oh! Yes, that's true. But now I try my best to avoid answering such PSQs. I mean I take a good care of that
@HarishChandraRajpoot Great. Glad to have you on board, here!
19:08
@user21820 I just voted to reopen it as I could already see a reopen-vote. But I can't still see edited or improved context
19:28
@HarishChandraRajpoot The revision history shows that the asker edited the question to insert an image of a proof about 49min after the question was closed. It is not ideal, since people are supposed to use LaTeX and not images, but I would count it as context.
I know it's an old post, but I don't see the point of leaving it closed.
20:21
@user21820 Personally, I'm not to fond of letting "images do all the work", in a post, rather than taking time to typeset a post. We regularly close posts with image only context. Why should that change in this case?
@HarishChandraRajpoot You have the right to make your own decisions regarding requests posted here, and not just to chime in. I just want to make clear that no one who regularly uses this room should feel obliged to support everyone of anyone's suggestions here. We all have varying measures of what we are willing to tolerate, and what we are not willing to tolerate. I just want you to be assured you do not have to act on every request appearing in this room.
@HarishChandraRajpoot You have your own valuable insights. This room works best when we each contribute and act upon our own decisions about the many recommendations for closure and deletion, and reopening, etc., that come into this room.

@amWhy Can a deleted question be undeleted if it is improved or added proper details/context? If yes, how is it notified about as there is no queue for undeletion?
@HarishChandraRajpoot See the "tools" "tab" to the right of this page?math.stackexchange.com/review . With rep over 20K, users have access to that tab, and if you click on it, it will take you, e.g. here. Note on the upper right hand of the page, you can view current close votes (recently closed, recently reopened) and candidates for deletion (including recently deleted and recently undeleted). The "tools" refers to "moderator tools" that users over 20K ...
have access to. You can keep track of such posts there. But I am not confident that when a question is deleted, that it can be modified. Askers will hopefully modify a question upon its closure (in which case it may be reopened.)
However, if users believe the question was deleted prematurely, they can vote to undelete it, after which the asker can improve the question. If undeleted and improved, it might then be reopened.
Let me know if the above helps answer your question, @Harish.
