@XanderHenderson That same asker is a repeat PSQ generator, and sometimes was rewarded. This PSQ had 4 upvotes and 0 close-votes and 7 answers! And this one got 6 answers!

@Matix No, best not to close it. If you find the answer very helpful, you can accept it. Or, if it is a recent post, to can wait because you may receive additional answers. And when you are satisfied, you can accept the most helpful of them (click on the grey $\checkmark$ to the left of the answer you'd like to accept. But keep your question!
Is there any kind of consensus about what to do with a suggested edit like this one?
On the one hand, if I were to bother editing that question, those are probably the edits that I would make. On the other hand, the question needs to be closed, and no amount of editing will change that (unless the original questioner decides to improve the question).
@XanderHenderson Yeah... But sometimes early-ish closures of questions, (or deletion of questions), if it happens enough to someone who answers a lot of those, may serve as a deterrent. (I wish!)
