What do I do about a question that has gone unanswered for a month? I would really like to resolve the problem.

No. I just did some edits on it, though. Would that bump it to the main page? By the way, they were necessary edits; I didn't just do for purpose of bumping it.

But don't expect anyone to give your problem attention. They may; they may not.
