@amWhy I wonder why the removal of in this question. I think that the tag is a good fit there.
To add full disclaimer, I was the creator of this tag on meta.
(This would perhaps be more suitable in tagging chatroom, but perhaps it can fit under editing. And this room has advantage that you are pingable here.)

Although I have to admit that the fact that I did not create tag-info probably did not help things. (I considered the tag name to be relatively self-explanatory.)

@MartinSleziak were they banned for good?

@Typhon As you can see in the user profile, it is 7 days.
I don't think I've ever seen ban of indefinite length.

@MartinSleziak darn. That user is annoying us constantly in the main chat. I was hoping they'd be permabanned.

Oh, I thought you meant the ban on the main site.
I do not know for how long they are banned from chat, but I assume it's the same as on the main site.

I meant both.

@MartinSleziak When I hovered over the tag, I saw "0" followers and four questions; it looked like an asker creation of a new tag. Given it applies to only 4 questions, and that no one is following it, I think it's a far-fetched tag to add. So, e.g., do we need a tag <MichaelHardy> because far more posts concern Michael Hardy's complaints than do posts that refer to the \newcommand feature.
Do we need, e.g., for a tag <chat-stars> just to cover a rare question about starring comments in chat? Do we need a tag: <align>, etc.
