Where are you? Why don't you respond to me?
user84215
My posts have been treated unfairly.

@aminliverpool I have cast a reopen vote on How can we create a free university within MSE? - I assume that a few users would be able to add an answer explaining problems with the idea you suggested. (Let's see and wait whether you get 4 missing reopen votes from other users.)
I did not vote to reopen the other ones, since they seem a bit incoherent and they are closer to than to a question.
@aminliverpool Probably if you plan to use chat, you should learn a bit about how pings in chat work.
You can find some basic information from tag-info or in chat help.
It is relatively easy to find out whether a user is pingable in a specific chat room or not: Does ping work in chat with no autocompletion?
For example in this message of your, probably only Daniel Fischer was pinged.
yesterday, by aminliverpool
@Alexander Gruber @arjafi @Daniel Fischer @Jyrki Lahtonen
When you reply to a message, it does not matter if the user has not been in that room for a long time - they still get the notification: Does a direct reply to a message in chat create a notification, no matter what age the message is? But if you use @username, the user only gets notification if their username is offered in the autocomplete.
I am just explaining this because one of the reasons you got no response might be that you did not ping those users. (Of course, I do not guarantee that if they get your ping you get a response. And I also think that pinging many users at the same time is impolite. This might be worth reading to get acquainted with chat a bit: Main Chatroom Guidelines. Although some of the things there are specific to the main chat room.)
So the above was in part a response to this:

@MartinSleziak Thanks for your answer. I have two questions:
1- If I want to complain to the moderators about this unfair behavior to my posts, what should I do?
2- If I insist on reposting my deleted posts, what will happen?
I also have a request. Please undelete and reopen my following posts:

Q: Are downvoting and upvoting performed fairly?

aminliverpoolI have been a member of the MSE for about four years; during this time I have not pursued earning reputations (It is not important for me at all). I have posted only two questions on Meta MSE, and because of down votes, one of them was deleted very soon (less than one day, I think) and the other ...

Q: How can we create a free university within MSE?

aminliverpoolI have a new idea. Let us construct a university in MSE. Like other universities it would have classes (MSE chat rooms), staffs (professors, directors, president, ...), research groups and etc. We would also have Bachelor and PhD programs in it and give graduated students Bachelor and PhD degree...

11:16
@aminliverpool I'm not exactly sure on the first, but as for the second, your account might get suspended?
user84215
Even for one repeating?
No, I mean if you keep repeating
user84215
for example, how many times?
I've no idea, I don't do such things xD
user84215
so if I repeat my deleted post once again, my account will not be suspended. Right?
11:22
@aminliverpool likely put, if you repeat posts, you'll get the same results. That is one source for the massive downvotes on your meta posts
user84215
I want this post to be seen by all users.
XD the amount of users who use meta is very small compared to the main site. You yourself probably have never really participated in meta until now
user84215
So I will post it in the main MSE?
No, the majority of users do not care about meta type posts
user84215
@DanielFischer Hello. I wonder why you have not responded to me for at least one time.
11:32
@aminliverpool mods are quite busy
A possible reason for such
user84215
My problem is not important for them?
No, but they have many
Also as a tip, mods generally try to uphold a neutrality in issues... just a tip/pointer
user84215
So, how can I complain about my problem?
Start by stating one problem here and I'll tell you what I think you should do
user84215
I have stated them above.
11:41
No, I mean choose one problem, not a ton at once
Meta questions, just like main site questions, should be objectively answerable. This includes a narrow enough focus
user84215
Please undelete the following post:
I shall not, unless you've made some major revisions. As is, it is simply put not answerable. It is rather subjective for that matter
user84215
My post is not answerable and subjective while the following post is not?:

Q: Congratulations, Asaf!

Pedro TamaroffCongratulations to Asaf for joining the 100k club (Arturo, Qiaochu, André, Brian, Did). Your contributions are always appreciated!

11:49
@aminliverpool as already mentioned, such congratulatory posts are now considered off topic, though past ones are allowed to stay due for historical purposes
user84215
It is not fair.
XD well, life isn't fair now is It?
user84215
In that post I wanted people to share their ideas. Why do you say it is not answerable?
There is no clear topic to the question.
user84215
I have state my ideas in it. If people disagree with it, downwote it. Why did they want to delete it?
11:59
Because the post is very ill formatted. Too much opinion, not enough serious fact, holds no significant content for it to stay on meta. That is my opinion.
user84215
Ok. If my opinions are wrong, downvote them, not deleting them.
Deletion follows from my end because the community strongly agreed that the post was not suited for meta, and deletion is how you remove something from meta.
I suggest that if you want to get anywhere, focus on one topic. If you can't make a good post out of it, you should probably drop it and move to the next topic.
user84215
Those (community), the 1%, whose positions may be endangered by my post. Right?
Noone's endangered by anything in your posts.
user84215
their positions and thoughts.
12:07
Nope, you cannot change the way people think nor their positions
Nor can the admins
Welp, breakfast looks ready. I'll be back in a bit
user84215
People? you mean the 1%?
@aminliverpool I'm talking about anyone, including the '1%'
user84215
They are exactly the 1%.
user84215
Maybe less
user84215
But not more
12:23
@aminliverpool Regardless, your rants cannot change anything. Even if the entire community believes something should change, if that something has to do with the ways someone personally does things, we cannot change that and nor can the mods (unless it is in clear violation of SE policy)

@SimplyBeautifulArt OMG! Currently has two "reopen" votes (likely one apiece from each of the two answerers). Shakes head in disbelief
:o
Oh, and btw, you don't have to trust me, but this was rather fun: ncase.me/trust
@amWhy Hm, reopen voters don't appear when the question is reopened?
@SimplyBeautifulArt Correct. To me it should be tit-for-tat... If closers are automatically named, so ought to be openers. Interesting.
I wonder what's the policy on that lol
