@Seth No, they've removed closed_reason from the API. I was using that key to work out how the question had been dealt with. It is not obvious what I should do from here.

If I had to work with printers, I'd have no hair left. I'd probably have thrown all the printers out of windows too, so I'd probably not have the job for long either. There's something about printers... The one bit of home computing that refuses to just stop being suck and be awesome instead.

I think why it doesn't work now is because of this site integration feature than Unity web apps gives us. It works in Firefox because it's enabled by default, but I think you have to turn it on in Chromium (IIRC).
