when you try to set up a local launchpad instance (on hardware that doesn't have hardware virt so you can't run x64 inside x64) ... basically i'm trying to set up private launchpad images for MaaS inside a virtual network

i haven't pushed at it too hard yet, it was just a question before i get in too deep and have to start over on x64
