I was and am of the opinion that even if there is a known workaround for a bug, it would still be closed as off topic. See Marco Ceppi's answer. OK, As i said, changing gtk theme question has answer to change a theme, and until now, we don't have any tool to change theme color, as was before in Natty when you select a theme and click "customize" button. You had several options for changing, window border color, font color, gtk window color etc. I think, the question was about changing these things other than the theme itself

This is the customization window now missing, but those can be changed by using gsettings or dconf-editor

I changed the font color for input field (like in nautilus) in Radiance theme using that
