From a system admin point of view I would like to do the following.
Set a company desktop wallpaper.
Prevent normal users from being able to change it.
Is this possible under Unity?
I'm using 12.04 on ASUS K52JC laptop.
When I'm trying update the system from terminal, after a while I see this message :
