I occasionally get the dash coming up behind the rest of my applications. This isn't about fullscreen apps (like bug 763680), but rather everyday (maximized) apps.
It doesn't always happen. But when it does, it doesn't fix itself. That is, for the rest of the session, I'll have a behind-apps dash.
