Am I right to say OnlinePortal should have the method initBooking(...), not Customer? I remember my TA saying that its Customer who should have the method (to ensure correct access rights or something)? but if thats the case, its possible that the method is duplicated many times?
I'm just wondering how I would go about having more than 1 hour of inactivity. It would be better if there were higher options, such as 3 hours.

@TheEvilOne As a search strategy I'd focus on Debian resources. Manpages are an old system that I'd expect to be addressed in some Debian policy document.
To disable downloading translations, create a file named /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99translations & put the following in it:
Acquire::Languages "none";
You may also need to remove existing translation files in /var/lib/apt/lists/
fwiw, this stopped download the translations themselves on oneiric, but not the TranslationIndex files, though I think it should have
Yeah it needs to be under /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/packagename to go via the ARB, but I suspect that there are restrictions on putting services like the audataserver through that process
