@kos I keep on saying, focus on conversational aspect first. If you dive into grammar and writing at first, you're gonna loose interest in any language. Find on youtube this guy --> laoshu505000 . The dude speaks like . . . i dont even know how many languages, and that's what he's preaching - focus on communication first, on practical, daily stuff first.

i think simply logging out should do the trick. if you still see that default screen, go to tty and run sudo service lightdm stop ; sudo service gdm start
@Mudit no,no,no, if I understand correctly installing gmd made you install gnome desktop environment,too. I'm still kinda surprised, since I don't think I had this happen when i installed 13.10 versions of ubuntu. Ubuntu , by default, uses lightdm as login screen

A file can only belong to one group, but a user might belong to multiple groups. Like file owned by webadmin group, but admin could be also in webadmin

@A.B. So when you downvote an answer they subtract -2, right ? When a question is deleted, those 2 points get returned. So probably 3 questions where your answers had -1 got deleted for some reason.
