because while Ask ubuntu has wiki-like qualities, it's not as editable as the wiki

I think the hope is to ensure we make the difference clear to contributors. I know some wiki articles are about how to deal with issues with wireless cards... and those types of issues may be better on AskUbuntu since there are so many variations

general help might work on the wiki, but adding content for multiple wireless cards likely not.

I don't think there is any reason, it is buggy because there are too many things involved with detecting windows, I could see use for "hide launcher when maximized" but bringing back the dodge windows as it was is a dead end
