Surprised to see election time again

I don't know what it is like on the forums, but because we do strict Q/A there is almost constant stuff that needs attending. It's hard to keep going at a constant pace for long :/

After a while you have to slow down and pace yourself or you will burn out. Life changes. But yup, it's election time! :)

@Seth, it use to be that way but not anymore now there is not that much to do but there are a lot of moderators so that makes a difference.

@WildMan more does help, obviously. What changed though?

we have tighter control over spam and are pretty strict with posting guidelines so most people just behave themselves.

Well, shog said the down reps were definitely backwards implementation to corrections of the algorithim for detecting serial patterns. Some people lost a heckuva lot more. @RobotHumans
