@AlexMitan yes that was it. you had 3 drivers installed for video cards and the fglrx removed the uneeded drivers and installed the correct one. But due to the dependency problem (you did not have fxglrx installed but had parts still of it installed you needed to fix that 1st)

On gnome 3 you have to click on 44 different icons that may or may not be what you want...and click on a few more things...then type what you are looking for...by then you just want to chuck your computer out the window...

Q: Root ext4 - Problem

I installed ubuntu 14 with "/" (Root) as ext4. Installation is done, but when I reboot my laptop, it says "No bootable devices". So, I installed root as ext3 and works fine. Now, I want to know why it doesn't work on ext4.
