@wisemonkey if you're still on about kolab, you could put in a packaging request...or talk to somebody that is trying to get their name out with several ppas

just ask for it, that's way better than waiting until someone gets irritated enough to shove it in a deb and say 'it works for me'

Well, for desktops its different. I enable firewalls for desktops/laptops because I tend to have a lot of services running just for my local machine, and I don't want people getting at them outside of that.

my brother has a similar system - fortunately he decided it's best to upgrade over the net
