i dont believe any thing is wrong with the link @prototypical but your defensive attitude towards some one asking why you chose that over drop box seemed to touch a nerve on you
@prototypical just do whatever suits you with your game. That still does not make you in any better position in this argument over something that didn't exist
I reverted the link because you were trolling about your motivation. That's suspicious to me. I found no problem with hosting it on dropbox, so I don't think reverting it diminished your entry at all (I think it improved it).

he needs to learn that just being clever is not enough. fitting in with others is important. It's kind of like this:

@Noctrine, protoypic put a newgrounds link to his game, byte reverted it to a dropbox link, so prototypic removed his game, because he doesn't want it hosted on drobox

@prototypical but i agree with you that it was unessesary, and i think that if you would just told him that you want it on newsground because its your game he wouldnt revert it
@prototypical im not sure if you're trying to imply that @Byte56 is trying to alter the results of the game jam at this point, he has said his reasons - if you don't agree with them thats another matter

Ultimately though, you are going to have to trust that Byte's word is his word. I don't see an ulterior motive. Personally I probably would have just re-added it - but it's deleted, what's done is done.
