1:00 PM
@AnkitSharma Your ability to completely miss the point never ceases to amaze me.
I'm saying that if it was difficult then, it's only going to be exponentially more difficult now.

@DrRDizzle And your habit of interpretation suitable for the favor of your own argument

Is there any way to explain in a satisfying manner why the Avengers don't know or care about the inhumans?

joss never said it was difficult

@DrRDizzle So? I mean things can work if they want them to a single dialogue not going to end the world .....why it's so big deal for u

in fact, joss's comment was that he was just keeping them completely separate

1:02 PM
@RogueJedi Only if we assume that the outbreak from Agents of SHIELD is more contained than we originally suspected. Even then, it's iffy.

@DrRDizzle Wasn't it world-wide?

@AnkitSharma It's not a big deal for me, that's the thing. I don't really care if the cross-over goes both ways. It you guys who seem to really want it.

there is an entire new government task force, and inhuman news all over the news across the world. it's not well contained.

@RogueJedi Yeah, but even the show itself hasn't delivered on that.

@DrRDizzle For me they don't want to, it's not that difficult or expensive as you saying or no need to change the entire movie theme to match Netflix show to just name drop.

1:04 PM
I'll just do what I do for every MCU plot-hole.

dizzle is concerned about a conservancy of dialog. if the six words don't specifically further the plot in a meaningful way, they should be cut, else they may cost time and money.
2

Just drop a name if u want,

Blame Hydra.

@phantom42 I'm more concerned with shoe-horning in references to other properties in a desperate attempt to please the minority of fans who will actually care.
Regardless of it the reference makes sense or not.

> Ant-man: Have you heard about a man who can control people's mind
> Clnt : Who cares
That's it

1:06 PM
@AnkitSharma Wow, that's such a natural thing to happen too.
The film would have been much better with that.
100% on RT.

@DrRDizzle Wow, the whole point of addition of spider-man was not that natural either but they did

When Ross was talking about the massive increase of super-powered individuals following "I am Iron-Man," it would make perfect sense to allude to some of the TV characters.

Hey we need more members.....Iron-man, wait i will blackmail a teen to join us and i can flirt with his aunt too

@RogueJedi Would it? No one knows Daredevil is enhanced, Punisher is just a guy with guns and Jessica Jones is a nobody.

@DrRDizzle The Inhumans would make sense, I'm not sure about anyone else.

1:08 PM
in a movie, nay - a scene where they're already talking about superpowered people popping up and causing collateral damage - how is mentioning other superpowered people in the same shared universe "shoehorning"?

@phantom42 Because as I've already stated in The Screening Room, the conversation isn't about superpowered people in general, it's specifically about the Avengers.

the accords are about all superpowered people, not just the avengers

"Vision: In the 8 years since Mr. Stark announced himself as Iron Man, the number of known enhanced persons has grown exponentially. And during the same period, a number of potentially world-ending events has risen at a commensurable rate."

Iron-man knows the identity of 6 month old YouTube superhero and they know nothing about Inhumans, DD, JJ, those centipede experiments :O

That's more natural then nature itself.

@phantom42 They quite explicitly are just about the Avengers.

1:10 PM
Perfect opportunity to allude to some of the super-powered TV characters.

Well, maybe explicitly is a little strong.

in The Screening Room, 1 hour ago, by KutuluMike
accords == irrelevant

But the Accords only exist to bring the Avengers under UN control. Nothing else.
@RogueJedi Like who? Again, all the ones we know aren't publicly super.
in The Screening Room, 1 hour ago, by Dr R Dizzle
@KutuluMike He specifically says since Tony outed himself as Iron Man (2008), so he could well be talking about Bruce, Thor, the return of Steve, Extremis victims, Sam, Bucky, Rhodey, Wanda, Pietro etc.
@AnkitSharma Big difference between a guy in a devil costume running around at night to a clearly super strong kid swinging around the city in broad daylight.

Daredevil doesn't have a hot aunt. Tony had no incentive to talk to him.

@DrRDizzle That centipede experiment were running in n daylight and those Inhuman too

@AnkitSharma They appeared once in a warehouse.
@AnkitSharma I don't know what you think this proves.

@DrRDizzle This proves a 6 moth old superhero is more important then bunch of Inhumans because dizzlism

Okay, sorry for interrupting; it's time for LoT..... carry on now ;)

i'm going back to mos

1:25 PM
@phantom42 no, don't go, don't leave me with dizzle , please don't

@AnkitSharma You don't make any sense. The Inhumans themselves are only a year old, and other than the ones that work for SHIELD (as part of the Secret Warriors) we don't know any that would be relevant in anyway to Captain America: Civil War.
The Avengers don't even know Coulson is still alive; how on Earth are they going to know about his pet team of Inhumans?

@DrRDizzle No one is relevant till you want them.
Did spider man was relevant, did he stopped the civil war or started it?
What about ant-man?

At least it makes sense that The Avengers might have actually heard that they exist!

Well, this isn't going to be resolved anytime soon.
2
I'm out.

@DrRDizzle That makes more sense and seems too natural. Someoen is back from dead and operating at high level of SHIELD and nobody knows not even the Black widow
And you were the one who said Black widow is best spy in MCU
in Discussion between Ankit Sharma and Dr R Dizzle, 2 days ago, by Dr R Dizzle
@AnkitSharma She's infamous as the best spy.

1:31 PM
oh my god you two put yourselves in a room together?

@AnkitSharma She is; that just further reinforces my point that Agents of SHIELD isn't really canon.

Best spy know nothing about the organisation she is working with . That is natural
@KutuluMike So that we don't scare steelers and Catija in screening room

I'm frankly flabbergasted that Dizzle doesn't see the huge problem with claiming there's a shared universe and then not actually having a shared universe, or that he doesn't believe Feige's the only person who could "fix" that problem.
everything else is just nitpicking.

@DrRDizzle O-o, now you are giving me headache

Feige can make up the story however he wants. His writers are clearly smart enough to figure it out if he wanted them to.
the only explanation for why they aren't is because he doesn't want them to.
he does not consider it enough of a priority to waste 10 minutes of production time on it.

1:34 PM
@KutuluMike I genuinely don't think that Feige and Feige alone is the issue here.

well, the TV guys have no problem pulling in stuff from the movies.
and the movie guys never pull in stuff from the TV
so you tell me where else the problem is.

@KutuluMike I'm still convinced it's the notoriously difficult Perlmutter.

we know full well that Marvel will straight up fire a director if they doen't like what they're doing.
@DrRDizzle I'm going to throw your argument back at you. How does Perlmutter have any control over what Feige does in the movies?

@KutuluMike Do we? Edgar Wright left due to clashes with Perlmutters Creative Commitee, which was disbanded when Feige took over.

we've already seen Disney give Feige what he wants over Perlmutter, you think if there was a fight between them over content that TV would win?

1:37 PM
Can we talk about ponies and rainbows now
Perhaps it's a "plot contrivance" that the writers overlooked, accidentally messing with the continuity? :-) Nevertheless, @MAFIA36790's explanation gets a +1 from me for pure creativity. If you posted your comment as an answer, I would up-vote it. — Mark Hubbard 15 mins ago
@MAFIA36790 ^^

@KutuluMike When they've already made licensing deals with Netflix and ABC? Yeah, maybe. We don't know the details of those contracts; maybe they actually can't crossover. We know there is an expiration date on them, after all; Netflix have to make The Defenders by 2017(?) or they don't get to make The Defenders at all. That sounds a lot like the deals Marvel made when they sold the rights of their characters way back to me.
My point is and only ever has been that we have no idea about the inner-workings of Marvel Studios and Marvel Entertainment.
Why assume that the divide is the fault of Feige?

uh. Marvel didn't "license" anything to ABC.. they're all the same company.
the same studio makes Agents of SHIELD and Daredevil
and because I genuinely don't believe for a second that anyone in Disney is going to tell Feige no on something he asks for.
@MAFIA36790 you should make that comment an answer, because it's the right answer
you know what?
f#$ Powers
2
it's just coming off this picture
stupid sony and their stupid exception to the rule of stupid television licensing

1:55 PM
@KutuluMike I was talking specifically about the Netflix shows, which do have an expiration date.

@DrRDizzle true, but I don't think that has anything to do with character licensing, I was assuming that had to do with the distribution or something.
cuz ABC Studios and Marvel Studios are producing all of those shows.
that's the same production company as the network shows.

@KutuluMike No, Marvel Television are producing those shows.

dude I just looked these up last week
Production Companies
ABC Studios
Marvel Studios
Mutant Enemy

@KutuluMike I'm looking at them right now. As of the reshuffle Marvel Studios don't sit under Marvel Entertainment, but Marvel Television does.

Production Companies
ABC Studios
Marvel Studios
Netflix
Tall Girls Productions

1:59 PM
That's post late 2015 reshuffle, which explains why Agents of SHIELD and Jessica Jones reflect the old structure
You'll notice that Daredevil (the only show to have a new season since the restructure) is produced by Marvel Television.

ok, I don't see how any of that turns into:
> Netflix have to make The Defenders by 2017(?) or they don't get to make The Defenders at all.
Netflix isn't making them, and Marvel didn't license anything. Disney's two TV prouduction studios (ABC and Marvel) are making everything.

I can clearly see Agent carter in images, so why that comment to the blog
@KutuluMike Anyway nice work, didn't read it fully yet

I assume he's complaining because I didn't mention it specifically mention the show in the text.
@JackBNimble can you please 1) edit out the sentance that says "They also produce Powers, a show exclusive to the Playstation Network."
it won't let me overwrite, probably because it's in use? I dunno. wordpress is such crap.

You though powers is MCU???:O

I didn't think there was anything left that wasn't fox or MCU
I didn't think anyone had TV rights to anything.

2:10 PM
Ohhh
What happened to those x-men TV shows ?

but now I realize that Powers was an Icon comic

@KutuluMike No its' marvel but Icon imprint.
> Powers is an American creator-owned police procedural comic book series by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Michael Avon Oeming. The series' first volume was published by Image Comics from 2000 to 2004. In 2004 the series moved to Marvel Comics as a part of its Icon imprint.

that's what I said.
it's like MIB and Kick-Ass

hmmmm
k

I suspect Marvel has less control over those licenses because they're creator-owned, so it kinda doesn't count

2:13 PM
You said Icon comic rather then Icon imprint ;)

Icon Comics is the name of the imprint

user116211
Watched it!

@KutuluMike "On the topic of when Jessica Jones would return to Netflix for another season, showrunner Melissa Rosenberg spoke to THR about the contractual obligations of this corner of the Marvel universe shortly after season 1 premiered: “The question becomes is there actual time? There are logistics involved, because Defenders has to shoot by a certain time, contractually.""
That's from this.

user116211
@KutuluMike @AnkitSharma I didn't want since I had not any substantial comic reference... till today I've only Flash Rebirth at my helm; I was not a comic book reader till I started to follow Arrowverse... but nevertheless I would turn that into answer....

@MAFIA36790 It's movies & TV not comcis.se. Answer from TV show is enough if ti answer the question
But it's obviously ur choice

user116211
2:29 PM
@AnkitSharma Thanks... done.

user116211
Watched LoT...

user116211
This was the best episode ever in LoT

user116211
Believe me or not, they have increased their qualities for the last two episodes.

user116211
Today, there was not an even single major flaw in the plot....

user116211
I must say each one of the team had their part today and everyone performed them greatly.

user116211
2:50 PM
I greatly enjoyed Snart.... he played the decisive role today; it was a valiant way to sacrifice one's life....

user116211
He always showed Mick as a 'old friend' till the end.

user116211
It was nice how Sara slowly developed feelings for Snart and how that relationship evolved over the episodes ultimately to be culminated to her shedding tears after saying he was indeed a hero. Really one of the strong scenes of the show.

user116211
The relationship was much much much more adorable than that crap of Kendra Roy.

user116211
The grave Mick also quite changed after that... he groaned to kill a person for Snart... and of course that would be Savage.

user116211
Also, it was great when he saved Rip and Roy; telling the former that he didn't save the former just because he liked him ;)

user116211
2:59 PM
Jonas was damn daring when he spit on Savage... another strong element...

user116211
Jex-Stein duo was also good today....

user116211
Ultimately, the Legends ended the control of free will by the Time-Masters!

user116211
Just another episode left, I am really excited how they end Savage.

user116211
Now this is the quality I was expecting from such a show.

user116211
And... for s2, they have probably fixed their villains:

user116211
3:03 PM
the Thanagarians!!

user116211
Now Carter and Kendra will play an important role in s2, I guess.

3:30 PM
and Supergirl.
and jay garrick

user116211
@KutuluMike: I'm not kidding; the episode was much much better than their average poor ones.

6:01 PM
this is @DrRDizzle and @AnkitSharma when talking about movies
the first line*

2 hours later…
7:46 PM
What do you think?

i think that's gonna be closed pretty quick
and i was too slow
oh, you mean what do we think about the question, not the post.
huh.
i dunno what you mean by "works better", so it's hard to answer

i think you're asking a mac vs pc question.
objectively, neither universe works "better" or "worse" (unless we're talking MCU vs DCEU)
that said, i've read very few dc comics that i've liked enough to keep reading more than a few issues of

Q: Plot holes in Zemo's plan in Captain America : Civil War

Neel KshetramadeEntire post has SPOILERS. If you have not seen CA:CW, be warned. Zemo's plan seemed to have too many lucky coincidences. Zemo went to all the trouble of killing the ex-HYDRA guard, bombing the UN, killing the shrink and setting off an EMP just so he could ask Bucky in person about a mission r...

@AgentObie bets on OP not knowing what a plot hole is?
how many questions can we put in one question?

8:49 PM
Michael B Jordan joins Black Panther.

huh.
does Marvel sign their people to exclusive-type contracts?

@KutuluMike No one knows.
But I can't see him going back to FF now, can you?

I hope so.
that would preclude a FF sequel.
@DrRDizzle I'm gonna bet if they paid him enough he would
nic cage did ghost rider 2.
jennifer garner did elektra
four separate people were willing to do silver surfer

@KutuluMike Nick Cage literally named himself after Luke Cage he loves comics so much.

and yet he was willing to desecrate ghost rider twice

9:05 PM
@KutuluMike You hope he will, or won't?

I hope that it's an exclusive contract
> Marvel: btw, bro, i better not see you slumming it with those other studios.
OK!
my vacation starts now!
bbl

9:30 PM
Yeah, "works better" is a hard definition, but I guess what that guy wants to mean is: Marvel team have more attention than DC team, unlike Solo dc is more "functional"

I don't know exactly what he want to explain, that why I've done that question :\

the FF producers just today said they hope to get the cast back for the sequel. but didnt mara already say she wasn't going to do it?
@TMoraes if you have a link to the article, maybe we can help decipher it

Hi @phantom42, I'm sorry bro, but I have been searching that article but I didn't get to find it
Right now I'm reading others forums with a similar discussion to that!
Tyrin' to understand what it mean! hahaha, btw I don't know if one of you think that I'm here looking for troubles about "WHO IS BETTER?" no, I'm DC FAN, but I really love marvel
and I don't like to create that kind of contest
just with my friends HAHAHA
I just want your opinions about that question

9:47 PM
it's all good. my point is just that there is no universal measure. it's completely subjective. i find most of the DC stories i've read to be two dimensional and boring, but i've got friends who would rather read a superman book over anything in the world.

hmm.. what you want to mean with "two dimensional"?

not much depth to them.
uncomplex characters

hmm I'll try to realize it

10:07 PM
are you asking about the marvel and dc comics, or the movies, or the tv shows, or what?
they're very different things, quality-wise

Comic Universe

@MAFIA36790 sound good, you just spoiled whole eposode for me ;p
Will definitely qatch it ASAP which is 3 days ;D
@Himarm it's too underrated ;)

10:28 PM
i guess I'll get legend of tomorrow over with.

bah. accidentally sold a bunch of geodes

11:01 PM
moriarity mcweeny at hitfix gave x-men a b-. i tend to agree with his reviews

b- aint bad
thats enjoyable at least lol

what kind of geodes?
