@AnkitSharma can change it to fox-cinematic-universe if necessary - but has that idea even been floated? i haven't seen anything.

@phantom42 According to 20th Century Fox's consultant for their Marvel Comics based films, Mark Millar, it would take place in the same universe as the X-Men film series. However, Kinberg contradicted his statement. -en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantastic_Four_(2015_film)#Development

it was going really well until about the 1/2 mark when they pulled out the cliche "government agency that fights aliens and yet won't let the super powerful friendly alien help"

I will probably watch at least another 2 episodes of Supergirl in the fall but it's definitely not in my top 5 comics shows

I would say the first sentence sounds like He-Man, and the second one does not.

the term "pilot" doesn't really mean the same as it used to.

plus, on most shows episode #1 is just called "Pilot" even if it wasn't one :\

I will. but when I see like 3 seconds of her tearing her work outfit off to reveal the super suit with soaring music behind her before zooming off to save a plane, I tend to forget the previous 10 minutes of boring drama about her blind date outfit.

Looks like Winn, her coworker who has a crush on her, is the show's Cisco. Saying stupid, obnoxious stuff. Hopefully he gets better over time.

@MichaelEdenfield I'm fine with that stuff, since that's been an element of the previous shows. Admittedly, those are on the CW.

I don't mind it either, it's the story part of the story

I think those parts came off worse, because when they were distilled, at ate up like half of the trailer, it looked so bad.

but I'm looking for "superhero shows that have some good character drama" and not "character drama shows with some superhero bolted on"
