This reminded me of this blog post on Meta Stack Exchange: Why Stack Exchange is no longer a fun place for learning and sharing knowledge, and how we can change this.

I assume that with some effort I would probably be able to find the post in question. (Although I am not really sure.)
But this is only one person's experience, so I am not sure this is really what the OP is after.

There is also anonymous feedback on posts. Some basic info can be found in the links provided here: meta.stackexchange.com/tags/post-feedback/info.
Basically, even users who do not have an account or who are below sufficient reputation can still mark the post as useful or not useful - this is recorded, but does not influence reputation.

I was a bit surprised to learn that on our site, the nubmers of positive and negative votes of this type are about the same: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1261589/…
In case somebody wants to play around with this, here are some other queries related to anonymous feedback.
You can check the feedback on the posts by a specific user - here is mine, you can simply change the userid in that query.
You can look separately at questions and at answers.
Here are users with most upvotes and highest score from the annymous feedback.
