There is also anonymous feedback on posts. Some basic info can be found in the links provided here: meta.stackexchange.com/tags/post-feedback/info.
Basically, even users who do not have an account or who are below sufficient reputation can still mark the post as useful or not useful - this is recorded, but does not influence reputation.
