Q: Why there is a "B" in Sabrina's hand?

I just started Watching Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and while showing the credits I noticed that there is a "B" in Sabrina's hand when the name of the series shows. They could have used S, its the starting letter of her name, but why B?

I really enjoyed the harsh, deliberate (don’t know if those are the proper descriptors) style of the dance sequences, but I don’t know the style. I assume some type of ballet, but is there a name for the style so I can find more of that type?
