So silver linings that I see coming out of this: 1. Lots of people now know that working from home is possible, and so in the world after this we could have less people commuting to offices, less people living in over-crowded urban centers, and that means less pollution. 2. We'll learn how much freedom people are willing to give up before they say "Nope" and start taking it back. My guess is not much more...
3. I'm hoping that people will be willing to pay slightly more to make sure that critical items are made close to home, instead of relying on far away countries with questionable human rights records, just because they can offer stuff cheaper because you don't have to pay slaves to build the stuff.

@AndyD273 re: density: if you were an urban planner laying out a largely (but not entirely!) residential area (i.e. small corner stores and such mixed in), how many units/acre would you aim for?
