i have a simple question that is probably opinion-based: What natural materials available in or before the Renaissance era in Eurasia would make the most comfortable couch, with the restriction that the couch will be exposed to the weather for most of its existence, and must be long-lasting in that environment?

For that matter, what's wrong with real sponges? You'll need to bleach whatever it is because mold will happen.
@RobbieGoodwin Any way you can articulate how the question of force size needed to conquer earth is off topic? The question isn't a no-brainer; it does take some thought. But of the reasons available, that seems the least suitable. Any help?
