Can water be made from dry land? IE once landfill has been placed can it be removed?
Look like that’s a ‘No’.

@IvenBach Ah, the mods that detect the problem in the system? Sure, I can add my mod What is Missing and maybe a few others.
@Phrancis I've never understood what makes that movie so great. IMO Episode VI is better.
@IvenBach No, but if you place a water pump on land first you can landfill the water later and then the pump will still be drawing water.
@IvenBach I might be available depending on how tired I am. Might join for a little bit at least.

@SimonForsberg AHAhahah like wait woh that's too much fun, we should stop now
Well, some of the animations that I've added definitely help to see what's going on, but I am wondering if adding too much of them might be distracting

Monking!
hey @Phrancis
@SimonForsberg I noticed that. Feels entirely like an oversight bug.
I also found out that you can hop-scotch your way with landfill making a path players can walk across but creeps can't. Apparently tanks can drive across a 1-wide patch of land.
@IvenBach If it would be a bug, it would be a very well-known and long-lasting one. I believe that it's a feature, and in a way it also makes sense. You sort of patch the holes around it entirely.
@IvenBach Yeah I read about this recently in a FFF
Made me laugh when I did it. Almost felt like Jesus walking across the water.

When it becomes another players turn it can highlight that box more and show "Players is choosing an action".
When it is your turn it expands the area to accomodate the actions you can do.

Display rules for new players.
Alternatively, have an "about" or "rules" button on the select game view. Maybe both, to invite players to get interested in new games.

@Motsols' suggestions is a bit more tricky but could help with saving vertical space, but it might need some discussion if it should be the way to go.

There are a few different options about what to do:

- Rename the caption to "Lifes" / "Illegal moves left" / Something...
- Change to "Fails 0/3" as suggested

One way might be to simply change the text "You" for observers to "Current Player"? But then the client needs to know that you are just an observer, which it can be told but is currently not available within the `Hanabi` component. For players it uses `view.hand.index` which it receives from the server and can therefore display the proper hand.
21:34
@Marc-Andre Indeed it does... I thought that was fixed already, but apparently not. I might want to look into that some time...
We played four games of Hanabi or so, and created about 10 issues... yay.

Hanabi is a great game by the way. If anyone's interested I'm up for playing it some time.
> I have considered remaking the lobby to make individual screens for each game, then it would be plenty of more space and possibility to show rules or an about section.

^ Phrancis There's a Star Wars reference for you.
@Phrancis You able to help bread-crumb me through to comprehending GROUP BY clause for DB theory?
@IvenBach Yeah. GROUP BY is more or less like how you do a pivot table in Excel
I never really use pivot tables.
That's more finance related stuff and I do engineering/coding things.
I can use them and have done so in the past.
It's just not as natural to me as everything else I do.
> GROUP BY will condense into a single row all selected rows that share the same values for the grouped expressions.
^ I'm having a hard time groking the fallout from what the documentation states.
Is that why you have only use the WHERE clause before GROUP BY and HAVING after it?
OK. Put another way, say you have at least one aggregate function in your SELECT, you need to tell SQL how to group them in a way that will make sense for whatever data/report you're making
SELECT
  ProductID,
  COUNT(Qty) AS "Units Sold"
FROM Sales
GROUP BY ProductID
That will return a table with each ProductID on its own row (so long as it has at least one value in Qty column in your data set), and the count of each ProductID in the next column
GROUP BY has to include every column that is not being aggregated, for instance
SELECT
  ProductID,
  ProductName,
  COUNT(Qty) AS "Units Sold"
FROM Sales
GROUP BY ProductID, ProductName

I read the words you provided. I am struggling with their meaning.
@Phrancis Why is this though?
