@TannerSwett The black 3-terminal package is called SOT-23 (or SOT-23-3). Look through tables here, here, here. See if anything matches your markings.

@NickAlexeev That solves one of them. The ones that say 2310 are N-channel MOSFETs, MTN2310N3.
Knowing that the package is called SOT-23 allowed me to do a Google search and learn that the 65XX components are part number XC6205P282M. Haven't found information about that part number yet.
Here we go. It's an XC6205 low-dropout regulator.
Thank you very much! :D
While we're at it, I wonder if we could talk about an 8-pin component on the other side of the board?
There are two 8-pin components here. One seems to be a radio chip which I already identified successfully; lemme get that info.
It's an XN297L wireless transceiver module.
The other component seems to be in an identical package, but that package has no letters or marks on it whatsoever.
Is there any hope of identifying it?
It remains the one and only component on this board I haven't really identified. Me and some others' best guess is that it's a microcontroller.

anyone knows if that little soldermask cutout on near the raspberry 3b+ wifi/bluteooth can is suitable for soldering on a micro coax connector?

I've asked a question "https://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/398314/smoking-motor-drive-part‌s" here and have come to the conclusion that I need a consultant or someone who does some work on the side. I need to get this circuit designed and built. Please look at the link and see if anyone would be interested.

@mScientist you gatedrive is bad and is probably why it fails
you are not taking the gate anywhere near 12V
