It's probably asked on the site
but I can't find it
MOSFET lets current flow through two terminals when the third terminal has a certain voltage
I want a transistor that is only lets current flow when the voltage at gate terminal is less than a certain value

To clarify my situation:
I want to turn off a switch when the voltage at a certain point of a circuit reaches 19V
I may use a voltage sensor at that point, connected to a microcontroller which would apply voltage to a nfet
but there should be an easier way
