Me thinks: Even if you 'do know' what that target site says language-wise, a 1st look might indeed suggest 'just SPAM', but content & presentation raise early additional flags, some details then make that partly egregious, and indeed partly hilarious too. (My hilight: 1 physical/snail-mail address was given as identical to a high seas life savers search & rescue org's; given the alleged products on sale…)
