@TheHistorian I really don't know if this should be closed as trivial or as a push question!
The question in the title can be answered by quoting Lucian.
Both the History of Astrology and History of Astronomy already have their own Wikipedia pages!
So the answer to the subsidiary question in the question body would also seem to be no. There is no "evidence to support a Cushitic foundation for the science of astronomy?"
 
First thing I'm noticing is that it commits the all-too-common sin of asking completely different questions in the title and the body.
