OK I was digging around and found the answer. I didn't know that the commitment count is linked to activity on the committed public betas. Actually makes perfect sense.
@TildalWave The commit is not considered as fulfilled until you do some non-negligible amount of activity on the site, regardless of the privacy status of the beta.
@ThomasPornin Yes, SE only allows me to have three concubines at a time... if I can't even satisfy those three (once they've reached maturity), then they don't count :)

@TildalWave I'm amused and trying to find a good place to use it :)
@JeffFerland Oh good I was hoping you don't find it offensive b'cos I simply didn't have any photo of yours to include
18:43
@JeffFerland Why all the hate, man? Is California making you that cranky?
@AviD I dunno. I doubt it.
@AviD Here, let me IMDB that for you.
@AviD Negative. GoT is his first job.

Q: allowing http traffic after blocking it not working

TravellingSalesWomanI am working with netsh advfirewall firewall shell I added the following rules in the following sequences: netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name=all netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="block_http" remoteport=80 protocol=TCP dir=out action=block netsh advfirewall firewall add rul...

OT alert ;) But also... wtf? I wouldn't know where to start answering even.
It's full moon?
Not negative. Jeffrey is played by jack Gleason, if memory from 2 hours ago serves me, who earlier who had the bit part in batman begins.
I failed at using IMDB then.
I don't know what I was looking at before, but it listed as only GoT stuff for him.
Heh, waat?
Probably not credited and thus not listed in IMDB
I just checked again, what were you looking at?
Credited AND listed.
Maybe I have access to the special version.
@AviD How did your OC go then?
Credited as "little boy".
7 mins ago, by Scott Pack
I don't know what I was looking at before, but it listed as only GoT stuff for him.
@tildal not too good. Had to run out to teachers thing, but it was pocked up before.
Was getting ready to fiddle with the voltage, but didn't yet - just changed from auto to the number that was there.
Now I can get in to the bios...
* locked up before
19:11
@AviD I saw @D3C4FF suggesting you to find the stable low voltage... that's a good advice IMO
@tildal I'm sure it is, but it don't look too stable at all now.
Haven't even moved the voltage.
Thinking I might have to reset cmos :-S
@AviD Well you started fiddling with things I never did, so I honestly know nothing about it. The way I did it is stable till I believe 4.7, maybe even higher but I didn't test it. I lowered it to 4.3 because it's my sweet spot for performance/power consumption
And I can run the CPU fans on silent profile... but that depends on fans when they start audibly whining... I actually need to clean my rig as it's already throttling the fan speeds too often now

@ScottPack Life is beautiful!
@JeffFerland I had two amazing days of spring over the weekend. Now it's summer. :(
@ScottPack In Ohio?!
@JeffFerland Yeah, it blows.
@ScottPack You have moist soil.
@AdamMcKissock That's what she said.
19:36
@ScottPack Did she?
@ScottPack Pretty graphs
@AdamMcKissock It's been a little while since it really rained. We just ended up getting a nice ground saturating rain and then it spent a long time being too cool to really dry out.
78 at my office. Sunny. No clouds. Happy.
@JeffFerland That's not bad. 68+-5F is my preference.
This past weekend was freaking fantastic.
in the list the allowed rule above the blocked rule so logically it should allow the packets but it doesn't.. I want to know the reason.. I am not concern for configuration. I am concern for knowing the logic and the rules. — TravellingSalesWoman 25 mins ago
Well it is a New Moon today, just checked :)))
20:29
@TildalWave What? I dont even...
@AdamMcKissock Exactly! :) I was tempted to comment... really tempted :))
Is this firewall configuration on the client or the server? — Ladadadada 23 mins ago
In the context, this is actually a hysterically funny comment :)))
@TildalWave LOL

2 hours later…
22:33
@ladadadada - brilliant
Anyone else think this is offtopic?

Q: Can't figure out how to get rid of Snap.do

TomEvery time I start Chrome there is the Snap.do page that seems to be set as the homepage no matter how many times I've changed the homepage settings on Chrome and I've removed Snap.do from extensions and it doesn't show up there any longer. A lot of forums said that I needed to delete the file vi...

@RoryAlsop well it's one of those let me google this for you questions, so maybe not so much OT than poor quality?
@RoryAlsop Yeah. I was thinking SuperUser, but since it's kinda borderline, I didn't flag it.
@TildalWave That too.
@RoryAlsop Maybe just close it.
@Xander Agreed. It has a suitable answer, and it wouldn't be accepted elsewhere either, especially now that it's answered and there's nothing more to add to it.
Flagged it as not constructive I think that's the closest description in the flag menu that it applies
22:59
@AviD Hahaha, i leave you alone for a few minutes and bam!
@AviD I think this is what you did wrong. The CMOS might be telling you what the current CPU voltage is while you in the BIOS which doesn't equal what the voltage is you need for a running rig (that's 'actually' using the CPU)
Set you voltage to 1.3500v
see how that goes
if its still unstable, try 1.4
if thats stable 1.3750
etc
