Is there a way to escape stackexchange's automatic replacement of urls with question titles short of putting it in code formatting?

the link towards the top of this answer is clearly supposed to be a url: security.stackexchange.com/a/215879/151903

but I can't find any way to actually do that, besides code formatting

That's why it doesn't render. Judging by the answer's content, it's intentional.

if you edit you can see that it's actually a url that stackexchange automatically converts into the post title

which is nice, but there should be a way to escape that

That's a workaround. There's most likely a check in the parser to ensure that in [url1](url2) the two URLs are different.

Actually I'd guessing it checks if url1 is a stackexchange url, but it's fooled by the whitespace

same way it checks if just a url string in the post is stackexchange, but it ignores whitespace there

I tried first with a space at the end: it works the same

It just renders a bit better with the space at the start

@MechMK1 for starters its called word, and it has a save feature. So I figured it could save words, and my passwords are words. So it manages my passwords, I even found a manage button that I am not sure what does yet — Discord expert 25 secs ago

Does anyone know if windows has a RDP client that does not lock the remote machine? I am sure I used one a few years back, it looked like a native windows app (the UI was the same, when in view mode the bar would turn green.), but I cant seem to find it via searching.
