@AviD Nah, not perl. Apache was being a whiny little baby.
I don't know @Thomas, this is sounding more and more plausible. I'm not sure if you read the who ars post but here is another juicy quote. > Then, when Ruiu removed the internal speaker and microphone connected to the airgapped machine, the packets suddenly stopped.
@AntonyVennard @TildalWave managed to hit it. A 1099 employee is contractor instead of an on-staff employee. The biggest difference is that for a W2 employee the employer handles your taxes for you. A 1099 just gets a full on paycheck and is responsible for their own taxes.
@Scorpion Well, what am I going to do? I failed in life! I'm homeless, jobless, and nobody loves me. I have to think that my IQ is 17,709, there's no other way.
@Scorpion - please be aware that while there is a degree of scurrilous banter in this chat room, there are limits, and we do tend to take overstepping those bounds quite seriously. I would suggest lurking/watching to understand the balance.
@Scorpion I didn't hide the location in my profile. I just happen to have several version of my profile on the SE network. The only one with my location in it is, I believe, here on Security.SE.
@tylerl I was trying to demonstrate that there's no point of obsessing about alleged XSS when the input is from a text field and the output is viewed in the same page with nothing stored/sent to the server.
@Scorpion it comes down to this: @Adnan can be an ass, which is often where he puts his head. But he can also be helpful and kind and participate in a friendly discourse. So far all we've seen from you is attacks and snide remarks. Build yourself a reputation as someone we want to talk to, and you'll be treated as such
What communist alcohol shops? Communists didn't have shops they only had long queues for two of three items on the shelves that changed in price 1000-fold by the time it was your turn to not buy them because others took it already
@Adnan I even retweeted that X1 type CME that was detected and must have caused it ... the Sun is also pretty active again, some nice activity close to the equatorial plane so with chance of hitting us... should be many such events these next few years with the Solar maxima kinda being late this year
@Adnan cc @Lucas and @AviD - In addition to the Macallan, I would also recommend Bunnahabhain and Bruichladdich, and amusingly enough, Monkey's Shoulder
@Scorpion - @tylerl hit the nail on the head. @Lucas - I only ever knew a couple of the Belgian guys. I was over there looking at a major payment provider once, and then after that I dealt with all the penetration testing teams globally
@TildalWave My problem is that both of my passports have expired. Will I be asked to show a valid passport/travel document when booking the ticket or crossing the border?
@Adnan well for your usual activities no you don't really need a document (you're kinda required to have it on your person but likely nobody will ask if you're not checking into a hotel or going through an airport e.t.c.). Dunno about the ticket reservation tho, they're pretty pesky with that in UK for example, you can't even buy a ticket with another credit card that you didn't take with you and be able to present it there
Blond or blonde (see below), or fair hair, is a hair color characterized by low levels of the dark pigment eumelanin. The resultant visible hue depends on various factors, but always has some sort of yellowish color. The color can be from the very pale blond (caused by a patchy, scarce distribution of pigment) to reddish "strawberry" blond colors or golden-brownish ("sandy") blond colors (the latter with more eumelanin). On the Fischer–Saller scale blond color ranges from A to J (blond brown).
Etymology, spelling, and grammar
The word "blond" is first attested in English in 1481 and der...
nmap defaults to the -sS option if a scan type is not specified. The -sS flag is a simple SYN scan to check the status of the port. No advanced fingerprinting is done to determine the service running on the port. In this mode, nmap merely looks up the most common service running on the particular...
@TildalWave - I dont remember if you answered me, do you know if I can just use EU bills to pay for stuff in Romania? e.g. taxi etc, for whatever I cant use plastic...
there's many exchange offices around so you shouldn't have problems exchanging your money anyway... and you don't need that much on your person, 50 EUR worth of Lei will (should) go a long way
oh and of course there's ATMs ... just watch out for skimmers LOL
but I personally in 3 years + living there never had problems with that ... I'm a lot taller than their average gypsy so they just smiled nice from a distance LOL
Oh and of course - never give any money or anything else to any beggar. Trust me, they earn more than both of us together and it's all just a theater.
They also work in teams ... so just don't pull any money out unless you're paying for something. If possible, don't have too much on you and use more than a single place to store it.
But it might not be obvious to anyone ... for example here, I don't even bother to take my wallet off the table once I leave a pub and it'll either be waiting for me there with someone calling me where I left it, or someone will come running after me that I left it there. Similar goes with locking cars / houses / ... it's a bit like Canada. So if you're not used to watching over your stuff, it can be strenuous to force yourself to. ;)
I mean, I do bother to take the wallet,... but I'm not too bothered in case I forget to
@tylerl Well, there were different profiles that I could choose, such as general software developing and etc. Web apps was my first choice.
@Scorpion Haha, nice one buddy. I'm glad that what we've told you has caused this much effect on you. My favorite part is where you refer to us as dickheads when you pretty came in here and started to insult people. Anyway, keep up the good work.
