Is it risky to answer poor quality questions, though they are not marked to be closed? I have seen many post where the question had at least one answer, but there were no up or down votes. It was as if it was a poisonous question, to be stranded in time. This seems to tie in with "popular" questions, whos answers get voted on quickly.

@Sparky256 Look at the number of views, that should explain what you see. Also what do you mean by risky? Are you afraid that you won't get rep points? If that is the case, you are doing it wrong

@ThePhoton thing I wondered about in breadboard is that the LED only starts to light up when I remove the connection/open the switch...

@PlasmaHH Not sure why I didn't catch this before, but are you really using an NMOS as a high-side switch?
...without a gate-boost circuit...
Why not get rid of Q3 and Q4 and put M1 on the low side of the load?

what is the best word to describe factors of 1000 in unit systems with prefix like milli, kilo?

9:05 PM
@EwokNightmares micro mili kilo mega giga

@NickAlexeev do u know is there a general term for a relative factor of 1000
i'm a bad programmer cause I get hung up on naming my variables things like this
takes me an hour to create a variable after dictionary/english scouring

There is a term "metric prefixes", but those include deci and centi too.
