Assuming it's "under ground", both words can be indicators. (Ground can indicate anagramming.) Abyssal essence is surely S and unseen can imply subtracting either the "I" only, or the "I" + "d." (died). I'm guessing the definition is "damned", but I don't know at all which synonym of it is the answer.

also blasphemed doesn't actually mean damned
past tense verb at least, acc to Collins

Q: What happened to the Knights?

Tim SeifertOnce again, here is a new retrograde chess puzzle! This one took some inspiration from Miguel Ambrona's lovely recent retro that builds around a curious theme I hadn't really thought about before. The result might have turned out to land on the trickier side of things once more, but please feel f...

JLeeFor the past couple years up until last month, 20-year-old Justin had battled depression, unable to find any real satisfaction in life. Q: Please translate my age

Hand-E-Foodmy name is Omar. It's not really, but you wouldn't be able to pronounce my real name. I'm not from your planet. I've been able to learn your language, but I could never get the hang of your number system. How do you count past ⏗⍦ with only ⏗⅊ digits? I'll stick with my native number system so tha...
