@Rubio is it possibly STRAFING &lit?? The wordplay would be: "salvo" = FARTS; "Send salvo after retreat" = STRAF<; "in" = IN; "hot spot" = G (G spot). Seems unlikely but not completely impossible.

(The main reason I say it seems unlikely is that it'd be better, both definitionwise and wordplaywise, without the word "Send".)
