I didn't get to do my actual role (pre-trial attorney, argues whether a piece of evidence is admissible or not) because the other team did not have a pre-trial attorney, but instead I had to do defense bench attorney bc one person from my group overslept and didn't come

An objection to "narrative" is basically, that the witness keeps on going on and on when answering a question

So it's basically the legal way of saying "hey dude get to the point"

Like during cross-examination, most of the answers to the questions are "yes" or "no". Sometimes the witnesses don't give a clear a clear yes or no, which you object to by saying "witness being non-responsive"

But literally every single time when our witness would say something after "yes", the opposing side would be like "motion to strike everything after the yes?"

Also, because it was all over zoom, I try to object to something really big, but the judge didn't hear me

To make the math work out with covering 3 dots, they presumably have to go in 2 of those 3 groups i shaded in the third picture
