Q: Five Powers of Fives Produce Unique Pandigital Number...Solve for X..Tell me Y

UvcGiven: $ Y $ is a pan-digital number (a number containing every digit from 1 to 9 exactly once) ending in 3 Without using computers or calculators, find $ X $: $$ Y = (X - 1)^5 + (X + 7)^5 + (2X + 6)^5 + (4X + 3)^5 + (5X + 8)^5 $$ Most concise, logical answer will be accepted.

I put a hint for Untitled, for Now

4:48 AM
Hm... I don't see how that hint is helpful (given what Alconja and I have noticed).

5:02 AM
Though I would've thought black was more correct based on what I'd assumed... so maybe there's more hint there than it appears?

I was thinking, given the partial answer and the steganography tag perhaps it was some sort of rot13(aniny pbqr jvgu pbybeshy syntf), but I couldn't find any with the specific colors in the image.

(my comment about black/grey above is based on the other colours in the image - it's also plausible that they're all a bit "off", which would change my assumptions, and possibly give me another result... will check when I've got a spare minute)

5:23 AM
The other colors are perfectly represented.
Please note this is a painting.
(the second statement would have been part of hint #2.)

@Aranlyde which I guess is where I was going with my black/grey comment... if rot13(jr'er qrnyvat jvgu PZLX engure guna ETO, gura, sbe rknzcyr PZLX(100,0,0,0) vf abg gur fnzr nf ETO(0,255,255) juvpu vf jung vf fubja va gur vzntr)
(at least not if you're calling the black grey)

rot13(Gura lrf, cresrpgyl npphengr jnf n zvffgngrzrag. Vg'f pybfre gura PZL if oynpx gubhtu.)
I thought it was a clever hint

5:46 AM
well it got through to me, so therefore I'm going to call it a clever hint because it implies that i am too. :P

Q: What is the difference between situation tag and lateral-thinking tag?

They both set up a seemingly normal situation with some twist that requires outside the box thinking to come to the unique correct answer. Should lateral-thinking & situation be...

@Alconja I realize I made an error in the rot13(pzlx rdhvinyrag) of the color. I updated the hint.
