Hey what do you guys about Soltius's latest puzzle? I'm tempted to flag it as too broad, unless it's cleverer beneath the surface. Hard to tell with some of these.

Also, seems to me that that puzzle doesn't have nearly enough information. But I may be wrong (especially because of the title, which might provide a clue).
