@GarethMcCaughan Was it that easy? I thought I had prepared a good one...

4:47 PM
@Lordofdark added a visual

Sid
@BeastlyGerbil That was neatly done...

@Sid thanks

Sid
What if there are queens instead of knights? The answer would surely lessen, I would think

Oh almost defntely

Sid
I can't believe Gareth solved my puzzle so quickly. I thought, it would last at least a few hours...

4:57 PM
Its only had 15 views in one hour, but it still has been solved

Sid
Well, he got a few clues wrong, but after my edit, he would correct it. I thought posting it on the weekends would mean that it would last a bit more..

I've got a great puzzle ready to post but I'm holding it until tommorow

Sid
Ohh, dear. And to think, my school is reopening tomorrow. I would possibly miss it. might look at it after some time...
Am pretty sure, It would be solved by the time I have a look at it unless it is an Alconja-esque puzzle which I hope it is..

It is inspired from an Alconja puzzle so should be tricky indeed

Sid
So, a more visual puzzle?

5:08 PM
No its inspired from this

I was at an IT conf after party that was so boring, I left before 11 pm. Even Cinderella stayed until midnight. Hahaha. There were roughly 10 people ( out of 1500). I expected more.

I would change my username to Socrates for a day, but then I'd be stuck with it for a month :-P

tip of the day: do not change your username for the sake of humor

@Randal'Thor For a month! :( I guess the SE bods don't care for username humour.

Well, one of the mods might be kind enough to change it back for you. :) Just don' t do it too often.

@MariaDeleva There's also a hack which works even if the mods aren't kind: if you changed your username on one site, you can change it again on a different site and copy the changes to all sites in the network, which will change it on the first site too.
That's how the above-mentioned "starrer" managed to escape the trap he'd put himself into :-)

8:30 PM
@Randal'Thor So if you'd changed it from A to B on one site, you could change it from A to C on another. But then C!=A. Unless you'd taken the precaution of setting yourself up with 2 different names on 2 different sites just so as to pull of that trick. A trick that takes 30 days to set up.

@RosieF Nah, I think the idea is that you change it from A to B on one site, then A to A on the other, and you make the second "change" apply everywhere.
